The Company shall comply with related laws such as the law concerning the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003), Guidelines on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (General Provisions) etc.
Regarding the collection, use and provision of Personal Information, the Company shall establish management systems to protect Personal Information according to the actual business situation and deal with the Personal Information appropriately and carefully.
In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of Personal Information, the Company conducts security measures including information security measures, and strives to prevent occurrences such as unauthorized access to Personal Information, or loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage, etc. of Personal Information. In addition, the Company shall rectify the situation promptly when safety measures are found to require improvement.
The Company shall regularly review the protection and handling of Personal Information and strive to improve it.

The company shall handle Personal Information as follows.
The Company shall appoint an officer in charge of protection of Personal Information. Also, the Company shall strive to protect Personal Information by appointing an administrator in charge of handling Personal Information in each branch and ensuring that they conduct appropriate management.
When collecting Personal Information from individuals, the Company shall clarify the purpose of use to the individual and use lawful and fair means to the extent necessary for achieving the purpose. Also, the Company shall use Personal Information to the extent that it does not deviate from the purpose of use.
When providing Personal Information to third parties, the Company shall do so within the scope of the purpose for which consent was received from the individual. In addition, in the case of providing Personal Information to third parties, the Company shall request consent beforehand unless otherwise stipulated in laws and ordinances.
In the case of outsourcing processing, etc. of Personal Information to a third party, the Company shall establish articles concerning the handling of Personal Information through a contract, etc. and shall properly manage and supervise the outsourcing party.
In response to a request for queries, corrections, or deletion, etc. related to Personal Information from the individual, we will respect this intention and take necessary measures within a reasonable range in which the Company has authority.
