Announcement Regarding Strengthening of the Technical Cooperation Agreement with CECI, Inc. (Taiwan).

We hereby announce that as of July 24, 2013, Nippon Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (NE) has entered into an accord to strengthen the Agreement of Technical Cooperation with CECI Engineering Consultants, Inc (CECI).

Details

1.Reason for Strengthening

As Taiwan’s largest construction consulting firm, CECI has real experience across a wide range of fields such as roads, railways, electric power, and harbors. In addition, other than Taiwan, they have run projects around the world, from Southeast Asian areas like China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore to the Middle East, Latin America and Africa.
Meanwhile, Nippon Engineering Consultants specializes in bridges and roads, and has developed projects primarily in the domestic market. As we recently had decided to increase our work overseas, on January 19, 2010 we entered into an agreement of technical cooperation with CECI, and began advisory work in Taiwan.
From this point, in order to strengthen the cooperation, we would like to connect both company’s foreign projects, and look forward towards more concrete cooperation on future projects overseas where both individual specialties can complement each other.

2.General Information about Strengthened Cooperation
